If you have a dream to work as a Barista but you have no experience making coffee, or if you just want to work casually as a Barista while you finish your studies, this course is a great starting point. This is an engaging and inspiring course where you will learn the theory and practice of making espresso coffee along with foundational food hygiene practices.
The coffee making workshop at a local coffee roastery is by far the most popular part of the course. Each student can put their coffee making theory to practice on modern commercial espresso machines while being immersed in the excitement of Brisbane’s thriving specialty coffee scene.
